LogicTools was acquired by ILOG on April 11, 2007, creating the ILOG LogicTools division. Through this acquisition, LogicTools customers will have access to a complementary line of supply chain scheduling applications, including ILOG’s Plant PowerOps, Fab PowerOps and Transport PowerOps products.
