Consulting
Our consulting practice is built on 10 years of experience applying LogicTools technology to help clients address increasing supply chain complexities due to off shore production, long lead-times, capacity constraints, and volatile demand. We’ve helped clients manage these complexities and risks while simultaneously reducing costs by optimizing how their supply chain assets are deployed. How do we achieve this? Our consultants come from a rich background of academic and industry experience with the rare combination of technical proficiency and business acumen to create recommendations and implementations which offer quick value for the client.
Our methodology allows for flexibility in developing a timeline that meets both internal resource constraints and cost constraints of supply chain improvement initiatives. We also focus on teaching the software and methodology so clients can move forward independent of a consulting organization once the initial engagement is complete thus, maximizing the value gained from the LogicTools suite.
QuickStartTM Program
The QuickStart program was developed to provide rapid value from LogicTools’ applications by leveraging the clients’ specific market knowledge with LogicTools’ modeling experience. With QuickStart, the LogicTools team will work to educate staff, build baseline models, and analyze a number of different supply chain scenarios. This process is designed to help develop the optimal supply chain and prepare for the challenges and opportunities the business will encounter.
Training
The purpose of the training program is to maximize the value of your LogicTools software investment. The program is customized to address the types of problems an organization faces. We use the client’s data to teach the fundamentals of successfully using the software.
Upon completion of training, users will have made significant progress on their first project. In addition to covering software basics, the training covers other essentials such as project methodology, rapid turnaround modeling and data management.
