LogicTools Releases Extended Version of Its Market Leading Network Design Solution
LogicNet Plus XE Combines Ease of Use with Powerful All-in-One Network Design & Planning Functionality

Chicago - December 12th, 2006: LogicTools, the leading provider of strategic and tactical supply chain optimization solutions, has released an extended version of its widely used network design solution. The new version is called LogicNet Plus XE with XE standing for Extended Edition. The new name reflects the power of the new release and the extended functionality to simultaneously perform both network design and network planning while taking into account seasonality, complex production constraints and inventory buildup. In addition, the new version includes enhanced geo-coding and mapping capabilities as well as 64 bit operating system support.
"We have been using LogicNet Plus in-house since April 2005 to model and analyze our supply chain network. Recently, we decided to upgrade to LogicNet Plus XE in order to take advantage of the combined design and planning capabilities of this release.
